If I could give zero stars I would.
I ordered a customized color book stack mug from this website as a teacher gift. I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. First of all, the names on the green books are barely visible, Also, it was conveniently not mentioned that the book stack design is only on one side of the mug. I assumed it would be on both sides. The stark white blank space on the other side of the mug looks terrible and makes the mug look cheap. Speaking of cheap, all I had to do was look under the mug to see the tell-tale “Made in China.” That told me everything I needed to know about this company. As if all this wasn’t bad enough, the packaging of this product was unacceptable. This CERAMIC mug was not protected by bubble wrap or styrofoam when packaged and instead was made to stand on a piece of flimsy, hollow cardboard that looks like a hot beverage holder from Starbucks. I don’t know the chain of command of the delivery service this company uses, but whoever delivered this mug to me locally THREW the box over my fence onto my front porch. Miraculously the mug didn’t shatter to pieces, but honestly at this point I wish it had because I cannot gift this to my son’s favorite teacher. I am truthfully beyond disappointed with this entire experience and I’m confident I will never purchase anything from this company again.
